So it was a real blast getting a chance to meet with and get to know Earl Christy… #45 of the New York Jets Super Bowl Championship Team. He an was extremely nice guy right off the bat and we became “fast friends” when he learned that I was the “prez” of the Jets Fan Club of Tampa Bay. I even handed him a few of the brand new fan club cards as I’d just gotten them that afternoon.

When I asked if he had on his ring… to my shock and delight… he took it right off his finger and handed it to me! I even got to try it on. That was SOOOO awesome.

He was also an fun and energetic speaker and a pleasure to listen to. I’ll be adding some pictures and some video I took at the event to the web site real soon.

Anyway, Earl is invovled with a number of projects including the Athletes for Education Association and has developed a Sports/Fitness game designed at getting children into shape in a fun and entertaining way.
