You know what Jets Fans, no matter what happens today, win or lose, I’m still going to be a Jets Fan.

Sure the season will be complete shit if we start 1-4! But 2-3 is manageable and at least a win, against a team we’re not expected to beat, will lift our spirits as well as build some momentum for the team to take on the Broncos and then the struggling Patriots in the coming few weeks.

That said, I do hope to see everyone later today at Peabody’s as there’s nothing better than celebrating a big win surrounded by your Jets family. And, in the event of another loss, who better to commiserate with than the people who most feel your pain.

As always, I plan on heading into today’s game like I do every Sunday… With a positive attitude and an “Any Given Sunday” mentality. It would be just like our Jets to go into San Diego as underdogs and come out with an unexpected win that had the league wondering just so the Jets are.

We certainly have the talent on both sides of the ball! We just need to stop the stupid mistakes, hang onto the ball and have a couple of calls go our way. I’d also love to see the D step up and score some points inducing a big TD today.

Look, we’ve hung tough against some very good teams. Now it’s time to go out and beat one and show the league just what we have?

Are you with me? I said… ARE YOU WITH ME!!!???

OK that’s more like it.

Hope to see you at P’s later today for the 4:25pm game.

Let’s go Jets. J-E-T-S, JETS, JETS, JETS!

About Festa

My given name may be Steve but my friends have been calling me Festa for the last 30 years. While I really miss going to all the JETS home games and tailgating with a large group of friends, it’s really great being here in Tampa around other JETS fans while we root for our team. When I founded the fan club in October of 2004 I never imagined it would become as massive as it now has with over 600 members from around the world and sister Fan Club Chapters in 4 other Florida cities and growing.
